Coronavirus Update

Following the global outbreak of COVID-19, Clarion Events is continuing to monitor the latest public health and government advice for each of our markets around the world and acting in accordance with government and public health advice and World Health Organisation ("WHO") guidelines. We support the stance taken by the Global Association for the Exhibition Industry, UFI and remain committed to delivering our events in a safe environment.

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority. We strongly urge exhibitors and visitors to refer to the guidelines and protocols as suggested by the WHO https://www.who.int/ and local/national public health authorities to contain and mitigate against any further spread of the virus.

If you have any concerns and are feeling unwell, or have visited affected areas within the last 14 days you may wish to reconsider your attendance at the event.

As a precaution, we are implementing a range of additional hygiene and communication measures at all of our events.

We welcome customers who wish to participate in our events and who are not impacted by travel restrictions. However, please check the latest travel advice and entry guidelines for the country to which you wish to travel before making arrangements. 

Please be assured, we are monitoring the situation very closely and will follow up with customers if the situation develops. If you have any specific event questions, please contact our customer service and show team.

Registering for the event

Where can I find information about Phacilitate membership?

Details about becoming a Phacilitate member can be found here - (it's totally free!)

Is accommodation included in the ticket price? / How do I book accommodation?

Accommodation is not included in the price of your ticket. We will secure preferential rates at accommodation nearby the Miami Convention Center closer to the dates of the show.

I can't make the event, can I access the content virtually?

Advanced Therapies Week 2021 will be a hybrid event. This means that if you are unable to attend the live show, you will be able to purchase a virtual pass to access and participate in the content via a live stream. 

Presentation slides are only available to registered delegates. If you have purchased a ticket but can no longer make the event you will receive an email with details about how to download the slides 2 weeks after the event.

Have you been contacted by some external companies offering to sell lists of our conference attendees along with their contact details?

This is a scam. Our attendee list is NOT available for sale, neither from ourselves nor via any third parties. Should you wish to establish contact with other attendees prior to or at the event, you are able to do so via the event app, access to which is strictly restricted to attendees. Please be assured that Phacilitate do not, under any circumstances, share the contact details of our customers/delegates with third parties and that all personal data is held securely. If you have any further questions, or are contacted by any third parties purporting to have access to the attendee list, please contact team@phacilitate.co.uk.

I cannot attend all days of the conference, can I buy a one day pass?

One day passes are issued on case-by-case basis based on individual needs. Please contact amanda.kendall@phacilitate.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day of the event?

Tickets are available on the day at the venue, however we offer our best rates in the lead up to the event. It is advised to book in advance to avoid paying an increased price for your ticket.

Planning your visit

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Entrance to the venue is wheelchair accessible. Please contact customer.services@clarionevents.com if you wish to discuss your individual needs further. You can also view the Miami Convention Center full accessibility statement here.

How do I get to the venue?   

From Miami International Airport (8 miles)
Take 836 east, go through tolls and stay to right side. Take I-95 South Exit - Downtown. Once on I-95, stay in left hand lane and take Exit 2A/Biscayne Boulevard. Stay in right hand lane at the end of the ramp, our downtown Miami hotel will be on your immediate right side.
 

To Port of Miami (1.9 miles)
Hyatt Regency Miami is just minutes away from the Port of Miami.
Head south on South East Second Ave. and turn left onto Biscayne Boulevard. Turn right onto Port Blvd. for 0.8 miles. Turn right onto N. America Way, and then turn right onto Caribbean Way which becomes N. America Way.


 

Is food included in the ticket price?

Breakfast, lunch and refreshments are included in the price of your ticket.

I have specific dietary requirements, can these be accommodated?

We endeavour to cater to specific dietary requirements such as vegetarian, halal, gluten free and vegan diets. Please contact  customer.services@clarionevents.com if you have any concerns. 

Where can I collect my badge? 

Your badge is available for collection from the registration desk.

Where can I see a list of companies that are sponsoring/exhibiting at the event?

Is free WiFi available at event?

Free wi-fi is available for all those who attend Phacilitate events. Log in details can be found at the registration desk upon arrival.

Can you provide me with an invitation letter?

We are able to provide invitation letters in support of visa applications. Please email customer.services@clarionevents.com to request an invitation letter.

After the event

Where can I download the presentation slides?

Once the event is closed, you will receive an email from us with a web link to access the available presentation slides. You will need to fill a short post event feedback survey to access these. 

Is the event CPD accredited?

This event is not currently CPD accredited, however we can provide a letter of attendance post event. Please email the registration office at customer.services@clarionevents.com if you wish to request one.

Where can I find my receipt?

Your payment receipt is included in your confirmation email so please check for this email in your inbox. Still can’t find it? Please contact customer.services@clarionevents.com
